How To Process A DI Guitar Part In Pro Tools - Expert Tutorial
In this video tutorial for Pro Tools Expert, Technical Editor James Ivey shows you some ideas for how to use your clean recorded "safe" DI guitar part. James starts by using the Avid Eleven Free plug-in to turn the lifeless sounding DI into a part that sounds like it came from an amplifier. He then adds some of the Avid Chorus plug-in to modulate the signal and blend it with the cabinet recording from previous videos.
Lastly, James switches to the stock SansAmp PSA-1 plug-in to show how even the older free plug-ins can still be useful.
